Farm Manager

 Help shape the future of a progressive family farming business.

Dennington Hall Farms is a long-established family farming business managing around 2,000 hectares of owned, tenanted and contract-farmed land, alongside small-scale livestock enterprises.

Four years into our regenerative farming journey, we combine modern agronomy, precision farming and livestock integration with a simple belief: productive, profitable farming and a thriving natural environment should go hand in hand.

We are looking for an experienced Farm Manager who genuinely loves farming — someone who takes pride in growing excellent crops, cares about the land and the detail, enjoys developing people and is always looking for ways to improve.

This is a broad and autonomous role spanning practical and technical farming, operational leadership, grain marketing and commercial management, with real scope to influence the farm’s development and help shape its future.
