Our beef liver, sourced from Suffolk native Red Poll cattle, is a highly nutritious and flavourful cut, rich in iron, B12, and essential vitamins. With its deep, earthy taste and smooth texture, it’s a true butcher’s favourite and a fantastic choice for those looking to add a natural superfood to their diet.

Perfect for pan-frying, making pâté, or incorporating into hearty casseroles, beef liver is quick to cook and delivers a rich, umami depth to any dish. Whether served simply with onions and butter or blended into a creamy pâté, this traditional cut offers both taste and nourishment.

🔹 Cooking Tip: Soak the liver in milk or salted water for 30 minutes before cooking to mellow the flavour and ensure a tender result. Fry quickly over medium-high heat to keep it soft and juicy.
